Diane

DianeDiane is a sophisticated metallic-texured clockface. It lets you personalise your watch by replacing the 'Diane' logo with your name!

You can change the colour of the face to match your watch or clothes. Options are silver, rose gold, marina blue, mulberry purple, yellow gold and green.

Diane can display an activity measure (eg, steps), which you can change by touching the centre of the dial. Activity measures can be given as a percentage of your daily goal.

If the watch’s hands obscure the windows below them, touch near the rim to display the windows on top of the hands briefly.

If you prefer a clean minimalistic look, you can hide the day name and activity measure.

On Versa 2/3/Sense, Diane has an 'Always-On Display' mode.

Diane costs $1 USD + tax.

Diane FAQ

How do I put my name on it?

To change the name (logo) displayed on the Diane clockface, you'll need to get into the Diane clockface settings on your phone (or tablet). How to do this varies between different sorts of phones. Roughly speaking, you need to open the Fitbit app on your phone, get into the 'Account' section, select your device (eg, Versa), and select 'Clock faces'.

If Diane has been installed and is your currently-selected clockface, you'll see an image of it there. Touch the image, and a screen should open that has a 'Settings' label. Select 'Settings', and Diane's settings should be displayed. Find the section called 'Logo' (you may have to swipe up to see it). Touch 'Name', type your name in the space provided, and select 'Save'.

That should be it. The changed name should be displayed on the watch within a few seconds.

Changing settings doesn't work

Make sure that Diane is running on your watch before trying to change its settings on your phone.

Unfortunately, sometimes communications between phone and watch don't work. Shutting down your phone and watch, and then restarting them, usually resets communications.

If that doesn't work, uninstalling and reinstalling Diane should fix it. You won't need to pay for it again; just use this web page to unlock it for free.

What does the heart rate percentage mean?

When you select 'Activity as % of goal', the heart rate value is expressed as a percentage of your maximum heart rate. Information about your maximum heart rate, and how the heart rate percentage relates to the heart-rate zones, is available here.
